Health Reform – Communities as leaders for Public Health

Public health in Scotland is changing. The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in partnership with the Public Health Reform Programme are hosting an event for communities and key stakeholders on the future of public health in Scotland, including the creation of a new national leadership body for health and wellbeing - Public Health Scotland. The event will be an opportunity for individuals, community organisations and professional groups to find out more about reform and how Public Health Scotland aims to put communities at the heart of the next wave of public health action in Scotland.

Speakers will include Professor Derek Bell, President of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and Professor Jim McGoldrick, Shadow Chair of Public Health Scotland. The venue will be in the Royal Colleges of Physicians in the Great Hall https://venue.rcpe.co.uk/conferences-meetings/great-hall .
