*We are asking you to register so we can manage social distancing requirements. *
Charlotte Carson, SDLP representative for East Belfast, and founder of the Feminism in Schools Network, invites girls and women to come and share their thoughts, concerns & ideas with each other and with her.
Charlotte is the SDLP candidate for the May 2022 assembly elections.
She is passionate about making Belfast a safe city for women and girls, and supporting girls to develop their own skills for community activism and grassroots organising.
This event is in response to several recent reports of street harassment of girls in East Belfast.
Charlotte wants to listen to local women and girls, hear about their experiences and together discuss ways to effectively challenge sexism in our community.
