Description

The final of 4 webinars in our Get Ready to Stand! series. This is a digital surgery around the theme Public Presence & Resilience.

Seyi Akiwowo, Labour Councillor for Newham and Founder of Glitch!UK and Louise Haigh, Labour MP for Sheffield, Heeley will share their experiences of stepping in to the public eye and the challenges that presents in an insightful discussion facilitated by members of The Parliament Project. The audience will have the opportunity to ask their own questions of the panel.

The webinar is 50 minutes and will be delivered via zoom video conference platform, the navigation details for which will be distributed before the webinar.

The Get Ready to Stand! series consists of 4 webinars. You will need to register for each of the 4 webinars separately. The webinar series is complimented by a series of Online Peer Support Circles, you can find more information and sign up here.
