Public speaking is a critical leadership skill. Your ability to speak with confidence, impact and authority greatly influences your success and the success of your organisation. Fear, nerves and lack of skill make poor speakers. Be the speaker who inspires, not the speaker who is forgettable. Public speaking is a skillset. You can build your confidence and manage your nerves to become a great speaker.
