Event description
If you want to reduce your nerves, build your confidence and speak with more impact both in person and online this workshop is for you.

About this event

Speaking in front of others is such a common fear, but it doesn't need to be this way.

In a fun relaxed environmnent I'll show you some simple yet powerful strategies to get over those nerves, boost your confidence and really get your message across. These can be used when speaking in person or online.

Together we'll explore ~

developing a success mindset (and how to manage that inner critic!)

techniques to relax and ground the body

building your presence to connect with your audience

all the variables of the voice so you can really engage the audience

This workshop is about getting up and having a go, learning new skills and having fun in the process! There will be a maxiumum of eight people as then everyone can receive plenty of individual coaching as well as maintaining social distancing.
