FAQ's

I feel nervous about coming on the course and am not sure what to do?

Please rest assured that it is quite common for people to feel nervous about coming on the course and I make every effort to put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. At the start of the course there are exercises to get to know each other as well as relaxation techniques.

What should I bring to the course?

A digital hand out will be sent to you after the course covering the main elements of the course. However, you may find it useful to bring a notpad and pen to jot anything down. Having said that most of the learning is experiential so the most important thing is to bring your wonderful self, an open mind and an attitude of curiosity.

Can I park near the venue?

Trenchard Street Car Park is five minutes away if you are coming by car. HOURS Studio is very central and is on Colston Yard which is opposite the BRI website. Please visit the HOURS website for pictures and directions
