Absolutely, this workshop is designed for beginners, those that have never spoken in front of anyone or keep passing up opportunities to stand up and speak their truth.

Do I need to bring anything or prepare in advance?

Come with an open mind, a pen and some paper. no prior prep required.

Will I be able to ask questions?

Yes, throughout and a special session at the end.
