About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join us for this free public workshop to discuss findings from our NIHR study into how we might be able to set up linked, longitudinal social care data bases for community services for older people, such as day care and home care. Whilst health care data are routinely collected, social care data are not. This makes it difficult to measure the benefits and importance of social care service usage for different older adults.

If you:

  • work in adult social care
  • are an unpaid carer for an older person receiving social care
  • are aged 65+ and access day care or home care services
  • work in a Local Authority
  • work in the data management and tech industry

join us for this 2-hour workshop at the University of Manchester. Refreshments will be provided and you will receive a shopping voucher for your time.
