Public workshop: The disconnect between health and social care in dementia

We would like to hear your views about how health and social care services for dementia are connected, or fail to be linked up! We are a group of 10 European countries and are currently conducting research into this. As part of this, we want to sit down with people with dementia, unpaid carers, health and social care professionals to discuss emerging evidence, and possible solutions to improve how people with dementia receive access to care.

There will be refreshments.
