A weekly kick-off for your mind and body.

​We're looking to build a weekly morning run club event. Specifically designed for ambitious professionals who don't want to talk about work and want to build new real connections, we'll be doing something a little different:

  • ​Beginning with a gratitude conversation,
  • ​Ending with an energiser & intention setting visualisation,
  • ​A coffee/drink (or discounted one to begin with) at the end too!

​Expect light games + playful energy🕺from the jump (We're serious about life but we’re not that serious)

​The Schedule:

​👋We meet and do a short gratitude and intention setting practice to bring up our energy and get to know our fellow runners as real people (not just "what they do")🙏

​🏃‍♀️We’ll then begin the run at a nice pace starting at St Pauls, jogging through the early sunrise of the Thames towards tower bridge and back.💪4K at a chill, beginner-friendly pace (think: zone 2, not race mode). 🎶 Tunes throughout to keep the vibes up

​⚡Then, finish up with us as we go through a guided mental energiser to start the rest of your day right.

​☕Finally, you can grab a coffee and chat with your fellow runners until you’re ready to tackle the day and the week!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a good runner to join?

Not at all. We keep the pace relaxed and beginner-friendly. It’s about movement and connection, not competition.

How far do we run?

Around 4–5K. It’s a loop at conversational pace, with music and good vibes along the way.

What should I bring?

Just running gear and good energy. If you want a drink after, bring payment or a card depending on the venue. We aim to have a bag drop but can't guarantee, so please pack light if possible.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Most people do. You’ll feel welcome within the first five minutes. And, you’ll leave with new connections either way.

What kind of people come to PULSE events?

Purpose-driven, curious, kind people. Founders, creatives, professionals, students, deep thinkers — all united by a desire for real connection.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nope. Just show up. Everything is guided and designed to be welcoming for everyone. (Unless you want to prep something?) But, showing up as your natural most authentic self is recommended!

What’s the structure like at PULSE?

Each event includes a beginning (e.g. a meditation or energiser), a main activity (games, reflection, or discussion), and a closing moment (e.g. visualisation or group share). Every session is designed to shift your energy and help you connect with yourself and others.

Is this networking?

Not in the traditional sense. There are no pitches or business cards — just real conversations with people you’ll actually want to talk to.

Do I have to talk or participate at PULSE events?

We always encourage participation but there’s no pressure. Everything is optional, and you can move at your own pace.

Are PULSE events always the same?

No — we explore different themes and formats. Think trust, courage, presence, creativity, joy — with fun structures and conversations to match.

Are drinks included?

Some morning events include a drink with your ticket. At evening events, drinks are available to buy at the venue bar (and we often have deals). Eventually, we aim to offer a complimentary coffee, matcha, or other similar drink at every event.
