About this Event

Pumpkin Carving Became a Halloween Tradition. The Celts would hollow out turnips, then carve faces in them and place candles inside. The turnips were then either placed in the windows, to keep evil spirits from entering a home, or carried around as lanterns. This tradition eventually melded with the North American tradition of carving pumpkins, and we are extremely delighted this is the case as no one other the Baldrick likes carving turnips anymore.

Come and join this ancient tradition in Greenwich, and get some help to make that unique design so you can have the best window on the street
