10am - Welcome and Introductions.
10.30-12pm - Boxing and fitness session - discover why boxing works for women - Fun workout teaching all the basics of boxing which you will then practice on the focus pads and bags. Learn how exercise can be fun and experience the best form of stress release EVER!
12pm -1pm Lunch and Connection time - A healthy and nutritious lunch will be provided by our world class chef. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.
1pm - 3pm Introduction to Box to Believe. Why do women find it so hard to slow down and put themselves first? Do you feel like your head is constantly busy with all the things you think you 'should' be doing? Feel like you are always trying to get somewhere and can never fully relax?
All too often we become stuck in a negative cycle 'reacting' to life's punches. Learn about your female brain, and how to get out of your own way and stop fighting yourself. Discover the secrets to fighting smarter leaving you with more energy, more confidence and freedom from that inner struggle of never being enough.
3pm - 4pm - Learning to shadow box - boxing session to show you how to put what you've learned into practice.
4pm - 5pm - Relaxation workshop - yoga and mediation session to leave you feeling balanced, strong and energised
