Will the event be recorded?

Yes, the live podcast will be recorded and there will be recording happening in other parts of the event. Please do let one of the organisers know if you do not want to be included in any recordings. The recordings will help to create positive and uplifting social media content for after the event.

Who can attend this event?

The event is open to anyone regardless of background who is interested in the topic of Punjabi men's mental health and wellbeing. We particularly encourage people from Punjabi communities to attend who are interested in learning more about Taraki and Punjabi mental health and wellbeing.
