Leaders will explore how to examine the context of their school community and seek to understand the impact of low family income on learning.

These sessions will:

-Support leaders to review their strategy statements, evaluating the impact of strategies by measuring impact on pupils’ learning.

- Explore how evaluation is an ongoing process and how critical reflection is key when reviewing and renewing strategy statements.

- Guide leaders to use data effectively to better understand and identify the challenges faced by their school communities

-Focus on how to use evidence to underpin decision making on which strategies to implement to address what is within the school’s gift.

-Share approaches to unite staff in the strategies and efforts to support and address disadvantage and how to align the strategy with wider school priorities.
