Puppy Training Classes (6-Week Course)
Terms and Conditions
1. Course Structure
Puppy Training Classes are delivered as a 6-week course.
Each course consists of one session per week.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Five places total.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment for the 6-week course is required at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or carried forward to another course.
A maximum of two people may attend per puppy. Over 16s only.
3. Vaccinations & Health
Puppies must be up to date with vaccinations and in good health to attend classes.
Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
Owners must not bring puppies that are unwell, showing signs of illness, or carrying contagious conditions.
4. Owner Responsibilities
Owners remain responsible for their puppy’s behaviour at all times.
Puppies must be kept under control and on a lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.
Owners are expected to clean up after their puppy both inside and outside the venue.
5. Safety & Behaviour
Classes are designed to be safe and supportive for all attendees.
Aggressive behaviour towards puppies, owners, or trainers will not be tolerated.
The trainer reserves the right to request removal of any puppy or owner whose behaviour disrupts the class.
6. Training Methods
Only positive, reward-based training methods will be used in classes.
Harsh handling, punishment, or the use of aversive tools (e.g., choke chains, prong collars, shock devices) is strictly prohibited.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by the trainer (e.g., due to illness, venue issues), an alternative date will be offered.
If a full course cannot be delivered, a partial refund may be offered for any sessions not rescheduled.
8. Liability
Attendance at classes is at the owner’s own risk.
The trainer accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to people, pets, or property while attending classes.
Owners are advised to ensure they have appropriate pet insurance.
9. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional use.
Please advise the trainer in writing if you do not wish to be included.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and attending the Puppy Training Classes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

No, we will break up our sessions for Socialisation, Focus & Obedience Training outside.
The first session on Thursday 30th October, we ask you to please come alone without your puppy for your first Paw-Parents Training session!
