We wouldn't be able to run these clinics without you. If you would like to get involved in helping to deliver these vital vaccination clinics to the patients in Purbeck Primary Care Network please sign up by:

Registering and selecting 1 of the volunteer roles

Then choose how many days you'd like to volunteer to do this role

Then complete the order & save your booking reference number.

Please only book for yourself. Use another email address if you are booking on behalf of someone else.

Appointments start at 9am. Please attend 15 minutes prior to 8:30am to receive a covid test. Results take 30 minutes. Lateral flows tests are needed every twice a week.
