Description
In this class you will get a better understanding of the wholeness of a yoga practice. The refinement and nuances of the yoga poses are explored deeper thereby bringing greater awareness and energetic flow into the body. Poses are held for a bit longer as Tanja guides you to feel areas in the body that are ready to be awakened and areas that are over working which can be relaxed in an effort to bring grace and balance into your practice and life. This class includes also meditation and applied philosophy to create a complete practice. You will also benefit from tips for lifestyle and nutritional choices.
FAQ
- Please arrive on time for classes. Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class so that you have time to prepare your space and we can start the class on time.
- If you are late for class, please wait outside until the meditation is done. I will then come and open the door so that you can join in.
- The studio provides mats, props, and refreshments.
- The 10-times card is valid for three months starting from the first usage.
