About your workshop leader - Noel Earley
For the past 20 years, Noel has been at the forefront of designing, delivering, and coaching individuals through bespoke leadership and personal development programmes across the private, social enterprise, and not-for-profit sectors, all through his consultancy, Noel Earley Associates Ltd.
With over 30 years of experience, Noel truly understands the weight of accountability. Whether it’s driving results and impact, managing people and performance, overseeing audits, maximising budgets, ensuring health and safety, or delivering exceptional customer experiences, he has a wealth of expertise to draw from.
A particular area of passion for Noel is empowering leaders to unlock and maximise the potential of their teams. Yes, drinks are included from the barista bar as well locally made pastries.
There is no parking at the Bluecoat however the building is within walking distance of the Garden Lane, Delamere Street and New Market car parks. Public transport - The Bluecoat is 300 metres from the bus station. Chester railway station is 1 km from The Bluecoat.
The event is held in Calm Coffee which can be accessed via Canal Street, Chester.
