We all have our set daily routines which provide us with structure and purpose. For some, any disruption to this routine can be psychologically challenging. As a result, it is important to reframe and reassess what our goals and purposes are. By being really clear on what we want to achieve, it will help us to shape a new routine to get us there.
Learning Outcomes:

As humans we have a need for structure and purpose

When our routine is disrupted it can be psychologically challenging

Taking control and reviewing our purpose and goals can help us to build a new routine (that might even be better than before!)
