The event will be run by Founder and Leadership Coach of Team Sterka, Trenton Moss, who spent 15 years running his agency before they were acquired and he successfully exited. During this time, he launched a client leadership programme that increased client revenue by 35%. He’s since written a bestselling book and now works with agencies to supercharge their teams with client leadership skills.

And then, for the main event, hear from Trenton who'll give practical tips on getting everyone in your agency to be a client superstar. You'll then talk with other agency leaders about practical next steps and what you can do to embed client leadership across your agency.
