September Topic: Build Your Social Media Skills for You and Your Business- Instagram
The next in our series of Social Media topics. Instagram is an online mobile photo-sharing, video-sharing, and social networking service that enables its users to take pictures and videos, and share them either publicly or privately on the app, as well as through a variety of other social networking platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Flickr. It is a lot of fun for sharing with friends and family and can be a useful marketing tool for business also.
At this HomeBizClub Evening we are delighted that we will be joined by Louisa Blackmore. Louisa is an entrepreneur, award winning blogger and Marketing Director of bespoke kitchen manufacturer, Humphrey Munson. In the short time that she has been with the company (just over a year) she has redefined their marketing strategy and built their instagram following from just a few hundred to nearly 40,000. She will show us how Instagram works and how she uses Instagram both for business and at a personal level.
As always, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and share your experience also.
Louisa and Debbie met on twitter four years ago when Debbie had just founded the DecorCafe Network and Louisa had escaped the city to set up West Egg Interiors. Initially Louisa ran her painted furniture workshops with Debbie in Puney, but inundated with requests for additional support, sooon began their “Start-Up Your Creative Business Workshops also” to inspire and support like-minded people who were thinking of running a business from home.
When Louisa was approached by Humphrey Munson the partnership continued with Debbie organising Club events in the beautiful Humphrey Munson showroom in St Albans and Louisa continuing to generously sharing her marketing skills with our network.
