'Putting Innovation at the Heart of Your Business Strategy' Speakers' Panel
Mon 22 May 2017, 18:00 – 21:00 BST
Innovation is often described as the process of translating an idea or invention into a product or service that creates value or for which customers will pay. Arguably, it’s all about finding new ways to solve customer challenges. This happens by seeing the world through the customers eyes and finding creative ways to solve their challenges by utilising the full intellectual capital of the organisation.
Innovation, be it incremental or radical, is more than just developing new products; it is also about improving processes, repositioning of the products and services in the market and reinventing the business model in a way that delivers a competitive advantage.
In today’s rapidly changing world success is determined by innovation and why it is important to put innovation at the heart of the company’s business strategy.
The event will take place on Monday 22 May, 2017, at room G10 of the Henley Business School building, 6:00pm.
The panellists include Mihai Ciobanu, CEO of Fresh4cast, Mark Cuddigan, MD of Ella’s Kitchen, and Chris Sykes, Chief Executive of Volume Global.
The panel will be moderated by Jurek Sikorski, Executive Director at the Henley Centre of Entrepreneurship, formerly Sales and Marketing Director at various SMEs and a FTSE 100 medical products company. Jurek is greatly experienced in building competitor advantage for long term growth strategies.
