THIS IS AN ONS EVENT FOR BDOD STAFF ONLY.

This course is suitable for everyone; however, we generally advise to have been in post for around 10 months before attending because staff on probation are not able to apply for any internal promotions during their first 12 months in post.

This course is aimed at staff who have attended the BDOD Development programmes and is designed to put the knowledge and skills you learned into practice.

Communicating Change

This module looks at the impact of communication of change affects how the change is accepted by individuals and the team using a mixture of theory and examples.

Putting theory into practice consists of three courses designed to give staff practical management skills:

- Managing a Team

- Communicating Change
- Having Worthwhile Conversations
