This event is for organisations who are registered to use the PVG scheme with Disclosure Scotland and their staff members who  are countersignatories or involved in the recruitment process.

How will the training be delivered?

We don't treat our webinars as lectures or one way conversations. Whilst the content is delivered by a main speaker, we have designed our webinars to be as interactive as possible with group exercises and inviting questions from attendees throughout.

Do I need to prepare in any way?

Attendees do not need to prepare in any way as the training has been designed to be delivered interactively on the day with supporting materials shared afterwards.

This event will not be recorded. We aim to create an environment where attendees feel comfortable asking questions around potentially sensitive matters and discussing their own experiences around safeguarding and PVG.
