We would like to invite to you a virtual meeting of Volunteer Organisers/ Managers. You can also invite any of your colleagues who support/ manage volunteers in your organisation.

PVON (Pembrokeshire Volunteer Organiser's Network) used to meet face-to-face on a regular basis. As people got busier, and often covered larger areas, attendance at the meetings dropped and it was decided to move to an online network with regular bulletin updates.

The first virtual PVON meeting, held in November gave us some great ideas for the format for this meeting.

This meeting will start with a short talk from guest speaker, Rachel Evans (Senior Project Development Coordinator at Volunteering Matters) on volunteer recruitment and induction during a pandemic.

Also on the agenda will be planning for a Pembrokeshire Virtual Volunteer Recruitment Fair.

There will then be some space for general questions/ discussion and networking.

We would also like to get an idea of what you might like covered at future meetings and any training needs we might be able to support you with.
