Mentorship is offered to PWN Premium members at no extra cost. 2020 brought huge changes to how we work, socialise and live our lives. Working women have been hit especially hard by the pandemic - furlough, job losses and more than the lion’s share of child care. 2021 won’t be a walk in the park and calls on us to continue to be resilient and support each other personally and professionally.

It is a well known fact that people who have mentors stand more chance of achieving their goals, earn higher salaries and enjoy more job satisfaction. Women, especially those working in male-dominated environments, benefit by having mentors and sponsors.

If you would like a mentor, fill in the attached form by 9 February. We will aim to match you to a mentor and contact you with your suggested match by 16 February. You can view their profiles in the Linkedin group.

At this kick off session we will set out the responsibilities of mentors and mentees and you will meet your mentor in zoom breakout rooms.
