Topic: How can the Attraction Law help you to resolve conflict at work (and in your life)?
Ghita is an Engineer in the Agriculture and Food industry (ISAB, Beauvais) and holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Marketing (Cranfield University, UK) and an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change – HEC Paris and Oxford Business School. She occupied diverse responsible jobs in Quality Management in England, France, Mauritius and Morocco, and had an International Consulting career for the World Bank, UNDP, UNIDO, European Union and ISO (International Standardization Organization).
After creating the subsidiary of the Group AFNOR in Morocco, she was awarded as one of the "100 Women who make Morocco move ». She created the consulting company Art&Management in 2008 in Sophia-Antipolis, in which she develops the concept of Aesthetics of Management to accompany organizations in their Change Management processes.
Today, she still has international projects and coaches groups and executives in their Change Management processes, using Arts and Sensory tools, to allow the Human Factor to be considered, helping people to « work differently and have pleasure at work ».
Her multicultural background provided her with a widespread understanding of cultural differences, and, as an artist herself, she found this ‘out of the box’ approach very powerful in helping individuals and organizations to implement positive and sustainable changes.
You might or might not know about the Attraction Law: 'We attract situations that appear negative to us'.

How can I learn from this situation that I didn’t want?
This debate will help you to see those negative events differently, and to learn from them.
