Our Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship is a practical, evidence-based course aimed at those who have an interest in improving leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours. You could be currently working as a middle manager, or aspiring to be, in a role such as head of department, subject leader, year team lead, or hold a role in a central services teams such as admin, site, facilities.

It will provide you with the opportunity to develop a practical understanding of the principles underpinning excellent leadership, and the skills and confidence to implement them.

Designed to be undertaken while in employment, this apprenticeship allows you to put leadership theory into practice in your organisation and includes a substantial change project which supports whole-school improvement in your organisation.

If you live and work in England, the Apprenticeship Levy can be used by your employer to fund your place on our final cohort, making it FREE to both your school and yourself. This course is not available outside England.
