What is the origin of Qi Gong?

Five Elements Qigong is a powerful movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed to harmonize the body’s energy through slow breath, intention, and flowing movement.

This unique practice features five animal-inspired forms, the Dragon, Tiger, Leopard, Snake, and Crane—each representing one of the Five Elements and associated organ systems:

Wood (Dragon) – Liver/Gallbladder: growth, flexibility, and vision

Metal (Tiger) – Lungs/Large Intestine: strength, courage, and release

Earth (Leopard) – Spleen/Stomach: grounding, nourishment, and balance

Water (Snake) – Kidneys/Bladder: rest, wisdom, and resilience

Fire (Crane) – Heart/Small Intestine: vitality, joy, and expansion

Through embodying these forms, Amy supports emotional balance, physical strength, and the free flow of Qi (life force energy).

No equipment is needed—just your breath and body. This practice leaves you feeling grounded, revitalized, and more deeply connected to yourself and the rhythms of nature.
