Join us for a 5-week Qi Gong course. This is suitable both for absolute beginners, and those with some experience.

Why practice Qi Gong?

Qi Gong stimulates energy pathways (meridians), allowing the body to come back into alignment and to boost our natural ability to heal. Qi Gong can help to strengthen and balance out different parts of the body, and to straighten out the kinks caused by stress and busyness. The sequence of movement in Qi Gong creates blood flow and oxygen to the muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and strengthen. The combination of gentle movement, deep focused breathing and mindful focus creates a state of balance and calmness, which can combat the stresses of daily life.

We will guide you through the fundamental Qigong principles:

Flexibility
Softness
Relaxation

Please do not worry about a lack of flexibility or movement - Qi Gong can be adpated to practice whilst sitting down. Any concerns, please get in contact to discuss before booking.
