Can I get a refund if I can no longer come?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if requested within 3 days of our event. After this we will offer you a ticket transfer to another date.

Is there parking?

Very limited parking on site - best to find somewhere nearby, leave in plenty of time to get to us. Lots of parking on road singles are free on Sundays. Car parks nearby in Widcombe, and near Bath Spa Station. Trick is to aim to arrive, park and walk to us by 9:45/10am.

What time does the door shut?

Our doors shut at 10:30am, no entrance after this time. This helps to keep our space comfortable for everyone.

Question 4

Are children welcome?

Accepted Answer

Yes children are welcome, we limit numbers to 5 for the entire dance, we want everyone to have a good time and for our children to be safe, so all children must pre-booked. No children tickets on the door and we can't be flexible on this. Please see www.ecstaticdance-bath  for our child policy.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

We have limited number of adult only tickets on our door. Always best to book to ensure entrance.

I haven't danced before, do I need experience?

Accepted Answer

Everyone is welcome irrespective of experience, there are no set or choreographed moves.. if you can visualise movement, you are welcome to join us. Some sit, some dance, some lie down and enjoy the music/vibe some do all of these. No expectation, no judgement, no pressure.

Is there an age limit?

There's no upper or lower age limit. We have ear defenders for little ones to protect their developing ears.

The dance is in a converted church, is there any religious element?

We are belief and religion free, people from all faiths, belief backgrounds are welcome.

Are drinks on sale?

Accepted Answer

The event is entirely sober, we do at times offer cacao/tea for a suggested donation. Water on tap is available at all times.

Question 10

If I arrive early, can I come in?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please knock on our door and we will let you in. We don't want you to stand out in the wet and cold if we can avoid it. Knock loudly, as it can be hard to hear.
