First session start from 10:00 to 10:40 am, it will be a Chinese Qigong Ba Duan Jin teaching, also known as Eight Pieces of Brocade or Eight Silk Brocades, is a series of eight ancient Chinese exercises that form a type of medical Qigong. These exercises are designed to improve overall health by focusing on different areas of the body and energy meridians, promoting a healthy flow of Qi. The movements are gentle and slow, making them accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Baduanjin Qigong practice is beneficial for quality of life, sleep quality, balance, handgrip strength, trunk flexibility, systolic and diastolic blood .
After this class you will be able to practice Ba Duan Jin at home with correct and effective movement trained by Ting. You will access a Baduanjin self practice package, including music, instructions in English translation.
Second session will be Chinese dance fitness, it will be playful and easy to follow,it will boost your body strength and renew your health after a 15 mins intensive dance fitness training, which will also light up your mood and give you a good healthy movement habit.
