Qigong is a gentle movement and breathwork practice rooted in ancient Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy, designed to cultivate and balance your life force energy, known as Qi.

In this class, you'll be guided through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, visualisation, and standing meditation to regulate the body and awaken energy.

We focus on what the Taoists call “core power” - gradually strengthening it to support self-healing, inner balance, and overall vitality.

Qigong is increasingly recognised as a powerful somatic healing practice, helping to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect mind and body.
