Did you once upon a time enjoy yoga but now it doesn't suit you anymore?

That happened to me when I was pregnant. I really missed yoga, but when I discovered qigong, I could easily reconnect to that feeling of flow where mind, body and spirit are in harmony.

We practise standing up, wearing normal comfortable clothing. You don't need any special equipment and just enough space to stretch your arms out.

Using movements rooted in traditional Chinese practices, we balance our energy system and gently move, stretch and strengthen the body. Blood flow and energy flow are harmonised. The mind becomes tranquil and peaceful. It is like a meditation in movement.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), energy or qi flows in the body in channels called meridians. In qigong practice, we balance the flow of qi in all of the meridians which promotes optimum health in body, mind and emotions.
