Qigong & Soundbath Sessions with Ron Prescott

Starting with a 60 minute Qigong session- Qigong is the grandfather of tai-chi combining slow movements with deep breathing to create a moving meditation. It is helpful for many health problems from relieving stress to easing pain and improving sleep. Qigong is suitable for beginners to this type of exercise.

Then get cosy on your mat as we take you on a rejuvenating journey through the Super Chillout Session with singing bowls, chimes and crystal bowls creating a tranquil atmosphere as we go into a body scan meditation to achieve a peaceful state to drift off into feeelings of bliss and deep relaxation.

WHAT TO BRING• Comfortable clothing for the Qigong.• A COMFY MAT AND SOFT BEDDING for Relaxation as the floor can be chilly. (You are also welcome to sit in a chair.)*Soft blankets, fleeces & duvets.• Eyemask if you wish.• Water
