Overview

Come along … Improve breathing, relaxation, movement and posture.

Regular gentle practice of movements from internal martial training traditions of Aikido, Tai Chi, and Qigong are known to improve joint mobility, tendon strength, agility, balance, coordination, and posture.

The benefits are not just physical, practitioners often report improvements in their sleep patterns, ability to relax, and ability to deal with stress. There is often a noticeable improvement in health, outlook, and the ability to concentrate.

While it takes many repetitions to learn some movements, once learned, they can be practiced at home.

Additionally, there are important social interactions in classes, they are enjoyable, and whether you’re a ‘recovering martial artist’ or beginner, you are always welcome.

Please note - This is an adult class - suitable for individuals who are 18+.

The first class is free then it's pay as you go - £5 for each class
