Quality Improvement Project Workshop (QIP)

We are offering CMT, Core, ACCS & CST trainees to undertake Quality Improvement Programme workshop. The workshop will prepare you to carry out a quality improvement project QIP. This will be a ½ day session.

The objectives:

What’s involved in a QIP and the key stages in carrying out a QiP.

Tools and the techniques available to support a QIP

Structure and support for quality improvement

Having an idea, an objective, and an outline plan to carry out the project.

• a 200-page reference book on QI for each participant
• a 50-page step-by-step workbook for each participant
• handouts for each participant to support their QIP
