Accommodation and meals at the venue have been paid in advance by SEPnet. If for any reason you do need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness then please let me know as soon as possible by e-mailing gradnetadmin@sepnet.ac.uk. Please note that if you fail to attend without good reason, then SEPnet may need to recover the conference costs from your department.
