What happens in your session?
- We begin the session by opening the space. The space is held by a Shamanic healer and Mesa carrier of Peruvian shamanic tradition. We open the space of the four directions including sacred energies from above and below to hold a safe healing space.
- Breathwork to help us relax and prepare for the session with a guided meditative journey.
- You’ll lie down and enjoy the sound of the Gong with a group Crystal Reiki using a sacred Geometry grid will help you dive deeper into the journey while we prepare to take you through another layer of healing. We’ll place the Reiki-charged Crystal from the grid on your body so that you can receive healing energies from the crystals.
- You’ll also enjoy the sound of the Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Koshi chimes and Ocean Drums, which will help you release and receive more healing as we prepare for the next layer of relaxation. You'll also be receiving individual Sound Healing within the group setting where you expereince a close-up Tibetan Bowl and chimes healing.
- A DNA repairing and aura cleansing Tuning fork healing. Frequencies of the two forks together. 111 Hz has been found in caves and in ancient temples around the World. It creates a bright and uplifting feeling.
