Welcome to the Seascape Photography -Swoosh Workshop!

Today is all about rocks and composition. I will transport you and guide you to some iconic photographic locations in Dinorwic quarry and Cwm Idwall. There will be an element of walking uphill, but we will be taking it very gently. The longest walk is to Cwm Idwall (1 km and a rise of approx 100m along a stone path) with stops on the way.

It will be a great day out with like minded photographers. I will provide transport from Dolgellau, through out the day and return to Dolgellau. With prior organisation I can pick you up en-route.

Date: Saturday 10th May

Start Time: 8.00 AM

Location: TH Roberts Cafe, Dolgellau, LL40 1BB

Finish: Approx 7pm in Dolgellau

Equipment needed: Camera and cards, batteries, tripod. Clothing and footwear for a full day out, snacks, perhaps a sandwich and drinks for the day. There will be some walking uphill. Please bring filters if you have them.

During the day I willchat about Welsh myths and tales, and I'm happy to offer assistance with photography. You will meet fellow enthusiasts and we will explore the beauty of Welsh landscapes together.

Locations will vary according to the weather. There will be a lunch stop at a cafe, and an afternoon coffee and cake stop.

Minimum participants for the workshop is 3 for it to commence, 5 maximum.

As with any workshop, I stronlgy recomend that you take out your own personal insurance and cancellation insurance for the weekend.
