QUE RICO TAPAS NIGHT

Our July event will be hosted at the delightful Cambridge Wine Merchants in Cherry Hinton. We will be enjoying Tapas created by Que Rico Tapas and a welcome G & T from the Cambridge Distillery. We are also delighted to have Chris McNeill from the Delicatessen Magazine sharing her knowledge on the food and drink industry and why entering awards is such an important element of our industry.

On the Menu

• Starter with three tapas: Spanish omelette, gazpacho and manchego cheese with fig jam.
• A choice of main from:
  • Piquillo peppers filled with mushrooms
  • Meatballs in Almond sauce and sherry
  • Pan-fried scallops with pea puree
• Dessert: Pastel ruso
