Queen’s University Computer Science Building - Open House Belfast

At a total project value of £13 million the building just opened in September 2016. Project managed by Faithful & Gould and designed by Kennedy Fitzgerald Architects the building is 4 storey’s high and was built utilising part of the existing structural frame of the former Bernard Crossland Building with a new multi-storey link to the adjacent terraces at 14 and 16 Malone Road. The facility provides accommodation of around 5,025m², incorporating student hub facilities, computer laboratories, specialised laboratories, an interactive lecturing space, project spaces and office accommodation.
