What do do when you arrive 👋

When you enter the main door, we have the long table reserved to the right. If this is full, speak to someone there as they will provide an extra table for us if needed!

If no one is there, it means you’re the first to arrive as the space is just for us. So take a seat wherever you like!

FAQ’s

Q: Are there many plug sockets?

A: Yes there are plenty.

Q: Where do I sit when I arrive?

A: You can sit wherever you like! The main long table is available or if you would prefer to sit somewhere else you can do this as well.

Q: Do people actually get stuff done or is it mainly chatting?

A: This totally depends on what you’re looking for!

There are some that put their headphones in and crack on with their work.

Others like to have little chats and network in between working blocks.

We’d say come along and see for yourself!

Q: How do I claim the 10% off?

A: Just show your Eventbrite ticket to whoever is working behind the bar to receive your discount. This discount is only valid on the day the meet-up is on.

Q: Is it okay to put headphones in?

A: Yes! You can do whatever you like, there are no expectations.

Q: What seating options are there?

A: The main seating on one side is a long bench, with chairs on the other. There are also tables and chairs separate and a bench sofa.

Q: How can I meet other queers outside of these meet-ups?

A: We have a Whatsapp group where you can meet other days of the week or find out when the next event is on.

There is also a separate socialising chat for sharing events and happenings within the community!
