Frequently asked questions

Are there many plug sockets?

Yes, there are plenty in hubs inside the table, which also include wireless phone chargers.

Can I bring my own lunch/snacks?

No sorry, but the cafe has a fantastic range of food and drinks.

Are there any quiet spaces?

Yes, the co-work space will have music turned off. You can also use the downstairs basement area which has lots of different tables and chairs.

Where do I sit when I arrive?

We are in the co-working space through the cafe, down the stairs and back up again to the other sid. You can sit wherever you like, if you prefer to sit on your own that is totally fine! If you do want to sit with someone, just politely ask, I am sure they will be super happy to meet you and chat!

Do people actually get stuff done or is it mainly chatting?

This totally depends on what you’re looking for! There are some that put their headphones in and crack on with their work. Others like to have little chats and network in between working blocks. We’d say come along and see for yourself!

Is it okay to put headphones in?

Yes! You can do whatever you like, there are no expectations to socialise if you don’t feel like it.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! The venue is very welcoming to dogs.

What seating options are there?

The co-working area has individual chairs with no arm rests with long wooden tables. There are also sofas, sling chairs and arm chairs in the basement downstairs.
