About this event

Queercraft Session 7 - Mindful Mandalas

Take a deep breath and let your creativity flow. This session is all about relaxation and mindfulness as we guide you through drawing beautiful, intricate mandala patterns. Creating these circular designs is a peaceful, meditative process that helps calm the mind and reduce stress. Join our friendly LGBTQ+ group for a soothing evening of pattern-making and quiet creativity.

No experience necessary, just bring your open mind and creative spirit. Let's unwind and express ourselves through art together. See you there! Absolutely no cost to attend.

Organised by

Project 93 is a Staffordshire-based charity dedicated to supporting and empowering LGBTQ+ individuals and those affected by HIV.

We provide a safe and inclusive space for our community through a variety of services, including:

  • Counselling: Our LGBTQ+-affirming counsellors offer a safe space to discuss concerns, develop coping strategies, and enhance overall well-being.
  • Support/Social Groups: We connect LGBTQ+ individuals with others in the community through diverse support and social groups, allowing people to share experiences, build friendships, and find a sense of belonging.
  • Trans Mentor Scheme: Our scheme offers peer support, practical guidance, and a safe space to connect with others who understand.
  • Training and Education: We offer LGBTQ+ awareness and allyship training to organisations and businesses, promoting understanding and creating more inclusive environments.
  • Advocacy: We champion the rights and needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and those affected by HIV through advocacy and education.

Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of our community and delivered with empathy, respect, and a commitment to empowerment.

We envision a Staffordshire where LGBTQ+ individuals and those affected by HIV can thrive with resilient mental health, strong connections, and a sense of belonging.
