This event is targeted towards academics and stakeholders invested in the relationship between digital spaces and queer identities. Over the course of a day, we will hold several conversations focused on different aspects of the digital world to think about how they relate to queer identities. This workshop is intended to be a way for academics and stakeholders to consider what could make digital technology and digital spaces better for queer people? What could a research or intervention agenda look like in this area?

We will be able to pay for travel if you are attending from BATH, EXETER, OR CARDIFF.

As part of the event, we will be asking participants whether we can keep any notes they make during their conversations for our research purposes. Ahead of the event, you will be sent a full information sheet and consent form to approve us using the notes you make during the event. Nothing you say will be recorded or noted by the researchers during the day as we are only interested in the notes you specifically provide to us. This is not a compulsory requirement of attending the event, but please do make an organiser aware if you do not consent to your notes being included in our research during the event.
