Description

Our first conference on best practice for working affirmatively with gender and sexually diverse clients in talking therapies.

We are excited to welcome keynote speaker: Meg-John Barker, author of BACP best practice guide for working with Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity in the counselling professions.

Meg-John Barker is the author of a number of popular books on sex, gender, and relationships, including Queer: A Graphic History, How To Understand Your Gender, Enjoy Sex (How, When, and IF You Want To), Rewriting the Rules, The Psychology of Sex, and The Secrets of Enduring Love. There will also be a choice of workshops for further development of the keynote sessions. Details to follow.
