Description

Cllr Danny Thorpe and Greenwich Parent Voice would like to invite you to attend a Question Time for parents and carers of children with special needs and disabilities 0-25. The event will take place on Tuesday 26th March in the Gallery (Woolwich Centre).

Our panel for the evening includes; Cllr Danny Thorpe (Leader, Royal Borough of Greenwich), Cllr David Gardner (Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Children’s Services and Schools), Florence Kroll (Director of Children’s Services) and Neil Kennett-Brown (Managing Director, Greenwich CCG).

The event will be an opportunity for parents and carers of children with special needs and disabilities to ask questions on; RBG SEND Budgets, health provision, education, employment, housing, short-breaks provision, respite opportunities or any other topic related to service provision in the borough for your children aged 0-25.

Please ensure you arrive at the venue in plenty of time to ensure the event is able to begin at 7pm.

Register
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so please register early to avoid disappointment via the Eventbrite event page. Tickets are limited to 50 spaces.

Submitting a Question to the Event
Once you have registered for your place at the event via the Eventbrite page you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket. Greenwich Parent Voice will then contact you directly via the email you have used to register to let you know how you can submit your questions for the event.

Free Taxi Home
Greenwich Parent Voice are offering parents and carers who attend the event a free taxi home. Taxis will be called for and paid by Greenwich Parent Voice on the night of the event. Please email Greenwich Parent Voice (info@greenwichparentvoice.co.uk) if you would like a taxi home so we can assess how many will be needed in advance.

Accessibility

Access via lifts directly to the event venue is limited so please allow plenty of time if you do have particular accessibility needs. All other lifts in the Woolwich Centre do allow access to the floor below the event venue with the route between the two floors serviced by a set of stairs.
