Question 1

How much are tickets? Do children need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are priced at £9.00 for peak times and £7.50 for off-peak times, plus applicable Eventbrite fees, per person. A limited number of tickets may be available for walk-up sales for £9 each, plus fees. All children 2 years and above will require a ticket. Babies in arms do not require a ticket.

How can I book?

Accepted Answer

All tickets should be pre-booked online via Eventbrite. There may be some tickets available for purchase on the door, subject to availability. You will need access to a smartphone and a debit/credit card to book tickets on the door. We do not accept cash payments.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

We are not able to issue refunds if you decide to cancel, but you may be able to reschedule your booking, subject to ticket availability, by logging into Eventbrite. You do not need to change the name on the booking as long as you can provide the confirmation email and QR code upon arrival.

Can I book for a group?

Accepted Answer

You can book up to 10 tickets at a time via Eventbrite, subject to availability. To book more tickets, or an exclusive session, please contact WallaceandGromitTickets@bakehousefactory.co.uk to make group bookings.

Question 5

What time should I arrive for my booking? What if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session starts. Check your journey times and allow enough time to find the venue. If you are late for your session, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter the experience. There are no refunds if you miss your booked session.

Question 6

How long does the experience last?

Accepted Answer

The experience lasts approximately 30 minutes. Please allow extra time for finding the venue, checking in, visiting the café, and purchasing any souvenirs.

How can I get there? Is parking free?

Accepted Answer

Cabot Circus is easily accessible by public transport, and paid parking is available. For information about getting to Cabot Circus, please see: www.cabotcircus.com/getting-here

Question 8

What is the age range for the experience?

Accepted Answer

The experience is for Wallace and Gromit fans of all ages. All children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. No persons under 16 years of age will be permitted without an adult.

Can I bring my pram/buggy inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

The experience is upstairs in the Friary Building. The only step-free access is reserved for wheelchair users. Buggies and pushchairs will not be permitted inside the experience, but there is a buggy park in the café which can accommodate a limited number. Any items left will be at your own risk.

Can I eat or drink in the venue?

Accepted Answer

We request that you do not eat and drink in the experience. There is a café where food and drinks can be enjoyed. We kindly ask that you do not bring your own food.

Is the venue inside or outside? Is it a walk-through or seated experience?

Accepted Answer

It is an indoor, walk-through experience. There is limited seating within the space. Guests in wheelchairs will access the experience via a separate entrance, which does involve going outside briefly.

Is the experience accessible for wheelchair and mobility aid users?

Accepted Answer

There is a wheelchair accessible lift. Please notify our team at WallaceandGromitTickets@bakehousefactory.co.uk if you have access needs. (Please note: this inbox is monitored during office hours, 9am-5:30pm, and emails sent out of hours may not be picked up immediately.)

Do you have sessions for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?

Guests with special educational needs or disabilities are welcome to book and attend any session of this experience. Separate SEND sessions are offered each week and can be booked here: https://cabotcircus-wallacegromit-send.eventbrite.co.uk

Will there be strobe lighting or loud noises during the experience?

Accepted Answer

Can I take photos or film inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to take lots of photos and videos. There may be a professional photographer inside the venue; if for any reason you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify our team.

Can I buy souvenirs at the end of my visit?

Accepted Answer

There will be souvenir items that you can purchase in our shop, located inside the café. There will also be the opportunity to have a photo taken in our special green screen at the end of the experience, which can purchased as a souvenir in the café.

Are pets allowed inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

Pets are not permitted inside the venue, except for registered assistance animals. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome in the café.

Are there toilet facilities at the venue?

There are toilets for ticket holders or visitors of the experience inside the Friary Building, which will be clearly signposted.

Is this like a Santa's grotto?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a festive Wallace & Gromit-themed experience. Santa won't be appearing here.
