Quince Brandy Making Workshop
Come and learn how to make some delicious Quince Brandy. It will be ready for consumption about four weeks after making, just int time for some seasonal festivities!
This intimate workshop will invovle a sociable peeling and grating of 8 quinces each followed by mixing and blending with the other ingredients and preparations for storing and maturing your quince brandy. We will provide the ingredients, quinces, sugar and spices. We will provide lunch.
Each guest needs to bring:-
1 lt of vodka of their choice - a good one is recommended.
Either a 3lt or 3 x1lt kilner or other jars with tight fitting lids. Narrow necked bottles are not suitable.
Your own preferred peeler and hand grater.
